Monaco Sport Academy
The project is the result of a close collaboration between the Yacht Club de Monaco, presided by HSH Prince Albert II and its General Secretary Bernard d’Alessandri, and Philippe Ghanem who is an active member of the Club. They share a common goal: to help young athletes living in Monaco reach the highest level in sport.

Ensure and monitor a balance between the personal, academic and sporting well-being of athletes selected for the Monaco Sport Academy.
Live your passion
Be on the starting lines of major events such as World Sailing regattas and World Cups.
Persevere
That the Principality, via the MSA, be represented and do well at the 2020 Olympic Games and the 2022 Youth Olympic Games.
Growing up & becoming the citizen of tomorrow
In the long term, to open the MSA to more athletes and other disciplines with a proven modus operandi.
ACCOMPANY
Accompany high-level athletes from the Principality, mainly in nautical disciplines, to achieve excellence by supporting them in their personal, psychological, sporting and academic development.
ENCOURAGE
Raise the Monaco flag high on podiums of national, international and world championships, and the Olympics.
HELP
Help athletes become the citizens of tomorrow.
